Mediastar

Mediastar is an integrated suite of software and hardware products to create a comprehensive and fully managed IPTV, streaming and signage system. Utilising an installed TCP-IP infrastructure it allows for the delivery of almost unlimited channels of video media and information to an unlimited number of displays, TVs, tablets and phones within network reach. With comprehensive management and administration software, the scheduling, content acquisition and storage of media are made easy with assured, repeatable and accurate delivery across any organisation. This makes it ideal for use in corporate offices, financial institutions, stadia, education and retail use.

Capture

MediaStar enables clear, accurate and rapid delivery of a broad range of media inputs from multiple sources, including HDMI, 3G-SDI and VGA from our Encoders. Our LAN-Casters allow you to stream live TV broadcasts from DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C and ATSC-QAM feeds.

Display

Users of MediaStar can display the content on the Media Player or Media Portal. Media Portal gives users easy access to the media assets held in a MediaStar System, and in addition to this, the MediaStar Media Players are powerful, purpose designed and ultra-reliable solid state. Using the Media Players you have the option to display a full 4K UHD multizone digital signage platform and a networked ‘Live’ stream IPTV decoder.

Manage

MediaManager software provides enhanced functionality to control and schedule content for distribution across your enterprise network. The software offers a fully integrated content management system, enabling the delivery and management of video, audio and digital media throughout the corporate LAN.

How it works ?

Creates a multi-channel TV and AV distribution system over IP by choosing from any combination of services; from digital terrestrial TV, digital satellite TV and locally generated content, such as PowerPoint presentations (converted to HTML), JPEGs, PNGs and HTMLs.
