A high-energy, detail-oriented person, Mr. Wahab started Mindstec Distribution FZCO in 2006 with staff of two. Perseverance and hard work exerted through the struggling years resulted into an astounding success. Now with equally energetic staff of forty people, he is creatively leading the company to be fastest and first to deliver future technology, an integration of audiovisual & IT technology to the market.

General Manager – Sales
Master in Business Administration, Master in Commerce from India, Mr. Asef has 15 years work experience of which 12 years experience in AV industry and 3 years in Finance sector. Being from Commercial background, Mr. Asif has successfully scaled the sales field from Sales Manager to General Manager –Sales in 5 years in Mindstec. He handles the GCC countries especially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iran and UAE.
Neeta Kamat
Commercial/Operations Manager
Master in Business Administration, Master in Science from India, Ms. Neeta has more than 10 years of experience in various field like Sales and Marketing, Administration, Customer Service etc. Recently joined, she manages the operational details of Mindstec along with Commercial department.
Katherine Banal
Administration/ Logistic Manager
Bachelors in Commerce & Communication Arts, Ms. Katherine has more than 10 years of experience out of which 5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist and 5 years of experience in Mindstec. She joined Mindstec in June 2007 as Admin Coordinator. Currently she manages the Administration and Logistics department. With cherry disposition, she handles two departments effortlessly.
Florence Marquez
Marketing Manager
Bachelor of Science from Philippines, Ms. Florence has 12 years of experience of which 7 years in Philippines government office and 5 years in AV industry. She joined Mindstec in November 2008 as Sales & Marketing Coordinator and climbed the ladder of success through being procurement coordinator to Marketing manager. She looks over the marketing activities of Mindstec and is point of contact for Manufacturers for pricing and order placing
Angello Thomas
Project Manager
Having combined work experience in the Audio Visual market for the past 11 years, Mr. Thomas started his career as a Project Engineer and in 2004 he was appointed as Project Team Leader for Genesis IT Innovations Ltd, Bangalore. In 2008 Mr. Thomas joined Mindstec Distribution FZCO and has executed small to medium Audio Visual projects in Dubai. He also provides Technical Training for Mindstec sales staffs and valued partners.
Khalid Attia Hemeda
Senior Financial Officer
Bachelor of commerce from Egypt, Khalid Hemeda brings with him 12 years banking experience in different fields like Retail credit, Commercial credit, Credit Analysis and Credit Operations. Worked with BANQUE DU CAIRO Abu Dhabi, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Finance House PJSC, Mr. Hemeda is responsible for the liaising with Banks and Auditors and look after credit facilities for channel partners of Mindstec.
Rajesh Nair

Apart from Sales, his career has been focussed towards the product demonstration and after sales training of the customers across the region.
