747 - MediaStar Compact Multi-Hub Interconnection Kit

Multi-Hub Interconnection Kit for 2 or 4 Hubs

If multiple Compact Hubs (Part 740 or 743) are to be utilised to create a system with up to 64 users, these can be connected together using the Interconnect Cable Kit. There is a two hub interconnection kit (Part 747/2) and a four hub interconnection kit (Part 747/4).

When the mulit-hub connection kit is fitted it allow changes in channel configurations to be shared between connected hubs.

There can only be one source for each of the 16 TV channels. That source may be fed into any of the connected MediaStar Compact hubs.

To enable users on different hubs to remotely control local AV/vide sources such as Satellite Decoders or DVDs, the rear panel IR drive connectors on each hub must be linked together using a multi-hub IR drive cable.
